These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Gavrun, including the Gavrun console, the Langman SDK, and Zumie Gateway (collectively, the "Service"), provided by Gavrun, Inc. ("Gavrun", "we", "us"). By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms.
You must create an account to use Gavrun. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of your organisation.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
Workspace API keys are issued for your sole use. You must not share keys with unauthorised parties. Gavrun is not liable for actions taken using credentials that you have shared or failed to rotate after compromise.
Gavrun is currently in limited preview. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue preview access at any time with reasonable notice.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Decision records and audit logs you generate remain your data. We process them solely to deliver the Service.
Gavrun and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" during preview. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gavrun shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
Either party may terminate access at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data deletion timelines are set out in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
